You have 2 calendar days from the date your item was delivered to initiate a return request. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

2. How to Initiate a Return

All return requests must be placed directly on our website. Please navigate to the "Returns" section of your account and follow the provided steps to submit your request. This process ensures we have all the necessary information to handle your return efficiently.

3. Return Shipping

We will cover the cost of return shipping for eligible items. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to send your product back to us.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain items are not eligible for a return. These include:

• Custom-designed t-shirts: Due to their personalized nature, these products cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Keychains: All keychain sales are final.

5. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

6. Damaged or Defective Goods

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please do not discard it. The consumer should keep the product and its original packaging with all tags attached. Please submit a return request on our website, and our team will provide instructions on how to proceed. We will handle these cases promptly to ensure you receive a replacement or a full refund.
